Artwork or Collectibles damaged in transit can be returned. Please take a photo and send this to [email protected] with a brief description of the issue.

Artwork or Collectibles damaged in transit can be returned. Please take a photo and send this to [email protected] with a brief description of the issue.
Once we have assessed the claim from email we will be in touch with options to proceed. Packaging and protective wrapping, backing boards, etc. should be as on receipt allowing for the damage in transit. All additional items to the ordered goods such as COA's and any free gifts should also be returned.
If additional packaging is required to return the Artwork or Collectible we will reimburse this with the cost of posting.
Returns will be at our descretion given that we may not have stock of the Edition for instance.
